1. Services Provided
TrueRx Consulting offers private, non-dispensing pharmacy consulting services. These services are:
Advisory in nature only
Designed to assist clients with understanding their medications, improving adherence, managing chronic conditions, coordinating care, and navigating healthcare-related concerns
Not a replacement for medical care, prescribing, or pharmacy dispensing
We do not prescribe, adjust dosages, diagnose conditions, or dispense any medications. All recommendations are shared with the patient and/or their provider for review and implementation at their discretion.
2. Client Responsibility
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your medications and health conditions
Understand that any recommendations are non-binding and should be reviewed with your prescribing provider or healthcare team
Use your own judgment in making decisions based on our consultations
You understand that TrueRx Consulting does not make medical decisions or interfere with your provider’s treatment plan.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and handle all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We voluntarily follow HIPAA-aligned practices, even though we are not a covered entity. All personal and health-related data shared with us is treated with confidentiality and stored using secure, access-controlled systems.
4. Scheduling & Payment
a) Consultation Scheduling
All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our secure booking system or by contacting us directly.
b) Fees
Pricing for services will be clearly presented before booking. Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the completion of service, depending on the arrangement.
c) Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not typically provided once a consultation has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns fairly.
6. No Provider–Patient Relationship
Using this website or our services does not establish a pharmacist–patient or provider–patient relationship.
TrueRx Consulting operates in a consulting role only. All final medical decisions must be made by your licensed prescriber or healthcare provider.
7. Use of Website
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website
Share or reproduce any site content without written permission
All website content (logos, text, design, etc.) is the intellectual property of TrueRx Consulting and may not be used without authorization.

Any loss, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on the information provided through consultations or this website

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

12. Client Agreement & Signed Contract Requirement
Before beginning any services with TrueRx Consulting, all clients are required to review and sign a Service Agreement(contract). This agreement outlines the scope of services, client responsibilities, confidentiality terms, fee structure, and limits of liability.
Services will not be initiated until this agreement is signed and returned. The signed agreement serves to protect both the client and consultant and ensures mutual understanding of the consulting relationship.
